Dravo SteelShip Corporation, Pine Bluff, Ark., recently delivered two 75-foot by 28-foot by 12.5- foot steel coastal tugboats to Apex Oil Company of St. Louis, Mo. The tugboats, the Sioux, and the Mava (shown above), are powered by twin Detroit Diesel 16V-149TA engines rated at 2,200 hp.
